# Bilingual conference presentation and speech

Russian and English copy were edited together so both languages work on the same slide.

## The brief

We prepared a bilingual conference deck and translated the accompanying speech while preserving the intent, pacing and logic of each slide.

## What made it hard

Russian and English sit side by side. The translation had to remain accurate, scan quickly and respect the agreed composition.

## What it came to.

- 2 languages: Russian and English in one asset
- 2 formats: presentation and speech
- 1 logic: terms and wording aligned across slides and speech

## Translation specimens

Typical sentences illustrate the translation approach. These are educational examples, not quotations from client files.

ru: Переход к серийному производству запланирован на III квартал.

en: The transition to serial production is scheduled for Q3.

Serial production was chosen for the manufacturing context and aligned with the speaker’s script.

ru: Русский и английский текст должны оставаться на одном слайде.

en: Russian and English copy must remain on the same slide.

Parallel layouts require concise, self-contained English rather than line-by-line duplication.
