Official document translation with certification agreed to match the receiving institution’s requirements.

We translate certificates, diplomas, corporate records and other official documents. Before booking, we clarify the destination country, institution and requirements to agree the certification arrangement and document set.

## Our approach

A translator’s statement, notarisation of a signature and sworn translation in the destination country have different requirements. We confirm availability, original-document needs, price and delivery separately before starting.

## Starting prices

200 RUB / 2.2 USD / 2 EUR · 250 words

Starting prices for common language pairs. The final quote depends on the pair, subject, volume, layout and urgency. Native-speaker translation, notarisation, apostilles and delivery are quoted separately. We confirm the total, taxes and deadline before work starts. Currency equivalents are indicative prices, not live exchange rates.

Turnaround: 24 hours. Turnaround is indicative. The final deadline and scope are confirmed after reviewing the materials.

## Questions and answers

### Is the notary included in the starting translation price?

No. The starting rate covers text translation. Notarial services, copies and delivery are separate quotation items. We clarify whether an original is needed before starting.

### How do I get a final price and deadline?

Send the complete file, language pair, purpose and preferred deadline. After reviewing it, we confirm volume, review scope, layout and quotation. Work starts after agreement.

### How do I send files and receive the result?

Use the website enquiry or Telegram bot. We work online and deliver the agreed format. Paper documents and courier arrangements are discussed separately.

A certified translation is read side by side with the original by someone checking that the two match. «Registry Office of Charlottenburg» reads better and breaks that check: the receiving authority needs the name it can look up. We keep the institution's own name and gloss it once.
