# PDF translation

This document reflects the public website. Starting rates are not a final quotation. Agreements for the individual project take precedence.

Translation of text PDFs and scans with agreed structure preservation or preparation of an editable document.

We first check whether text can be selected, scans are readable and an original layout file exists. OCR, complex tables, diagrams and image text are assessed separately from straightforward translation.

## Our approach

We agree the deliverable before starting: editable DOCX, translated PDF or a layout close to the original. Unclear symbols and unreadable passages are queried rather than guessed.

## Deliverables

- Translation of text and agreed labels
- Recognised text checked against the source
- Agreed table structure preserved
- Delivery in the selected format

## Starting prices

200 RUB / 2.2 USD / 2 EUR · 250 words

Starting prices for common language pairs. The final quote depends on the pair, subject, volume, layout and urgency. Native-speaker translation, notarisation, apostilles and delivery are quoted separately. We confirm the total, taxes and deadline before work starts. Currency equivalents are indicative prices, not live exchange rates.

Turnaround: by agreement. Turnaround is indicative. The final deadline and scope are confirmed after reviewing the materials.

## Formats

PDF, DOCX

## Questions and answers

### Can the PDF look exactly like the original?

The match depends on source files, fonts and the translated text length. Original layout files offer more flexibility. We agree whether precise typesetting or a readable editable document is needed before quoting.

### How do I get a final price and deadline?

Send the complete file, language pair, purpose and preferred deadline. After reviewing it, we confirm volume, review scope, layout and quotation. Work starts after agreement.

### How do I send files and receive the result?

Use the website enquiry or Telegram bot. We work online and deliver the agreed format. Paper documents and courier arrangements are discussed separately.
