This document reflects the public website. Starting rates are not a final quotation. Agreements for the individual project take precedence.

Research papers, abstracts, thesis materials and talks for an international academic audience.

We clarify the discipline, journal or conference requirements, language variant and established terminology. The agreed scope can include the main text, abstract, figure captions and tables.

## Our approach

We preserve formulas, notation, references and the bibliography as specified. Editing to a particular publication’s guidelines is agreed separately. Publication decisions remain with the journal.

## Deliverables

- Translation of text and agreed appendices
- Consistent terminology and notation
- Translated figure and table captions
- Preserved reference and formula structure

## Starting prices

200 RUB / 2.2 USD / 2 EUR · 250 words

Starting prices for common language pairs. The final quote depends on the pair, subject, volume, layout and urgency. Native-speaker translation, notarisation, apostilles and delivery are quoted separately. We confirm the total, taxes and deadline before work starts. Currency equivalents are indicative prices, not live exchange rates.

Turnaround: by agreement. Turnaround is indicative. The final deadline and scope are confirmed after reviewing the materials.

## Formats

DOCX, PDF, LaTeX

## Questions and answers

### Do you guarantee journal acceptance?

No. We are responsible for the agreed translation and language work. Scientific contribution, peer review and editorial decisions remain with the author and publication.

### How do I get a final price and deadline?

Send the complete file, language pair, purpose and preferred deadline. After reviewing it, we confirm volume, review scope, layout and quotation. Work starts after agreement.

### How do I send files and receive the result?

Use the website enquiry or Telegram bot. We work online and deliver the agreed format. Paper documents and courier arrangements are discussed separately.
