# Urgent translation

[Website page](https://verlineo.cc/services/urgent-translation) · en

This document reflects the public website. Starting rates are not a final quotation. Agreements for the individual project take precedence.

Translation to a close deadline after assessing scope, subject and the availability of a suitable specialist.

Send the complete file, language pair and exact delivery date and time, including the time zone. We assess feasibility and identify what must be delivered first without silently omitting agreed checks.

## Our approach

For larger sets, we can agree staged delivery and shared terminology. Urgency surcharges and independent revision availability are confirmed before work starts. No deadline is promised before reviewing the files.

## Deliverables

- Confirmed deadline and scope
- Agreed document priorities
- Translation with checks of critical data
- Staged delivery where agreed

## Starting prices

200 RUB / 2.2 USD / 2 EUR · 250 words

Starting prices for common language pairs. The final quote depends on the pair, subject, volume, layout and urgency. Native-speaker translation, notarisation, apostilles and delivery are quoted separately. We confirm the total, taxes and deadline before work starts. Currency equivalents are indicative prices, not live exchange rates.

Turnaround: by agreement. Turnaround is indicative. The final deadline and scope are confirmed after reviewing the materials.

## Formats

DOCX, PDF, PPTX
