# Written translation

This document reflects the public website. Starting rates are not a final quotation. Agreements for the individual project take precedence.

Documents, correspondence and content for business, study and publication, assigned by subject and purpose.

We work with editable files and scans. Before quoting, we clarify the language pair, audience, document purpose and formatting requirements. A contract, research paper and advertising text need different approaches even at the same word count.

## Our approach

Choose standard translation with self-revision or a service with an independent reviser. We resolve terminology and ambiguous passages during the project and deliver the agreed file format.

## Deliverables

- Translation of the agreed source text
- Checks of names, figures and agreed terminology
- Independent revision when included in your tier
- Delivery in the agreed file format

## Starting prices

200 RUB / 2.2 USD / 2 EUR · 250 words

Starting prices for common language pairs. The final quote depends on the pair, subject, volume, layout and urgency. Native-speaker translation, notarisation, apostilles and delivery are quoted separately. We confirm the total, taxes and deadline before work starts. Currency equivalents are indicative prices, not live exchange rates.

Turnaround: by agreement. Turnaround is indicative. The final deadline and scope are confirmed after reviewing the materials.

## Formats

DOCX, PDF, TXT, XLSX

## Questions and answers

### How is a translation page measured?

One billing page is 250 source words. The number of PDF sheets or Word pages does not determine the text volume: a page might contain a few lines or a dense table.

### How do I get a final price and deadline?

Send the complete file, language pair, purpose and preferred deadline. After reviewing it, we confirm volume, review scope, layout and quotation. Work starts after agreement.

### How do I send files and receive the result?

Use the website enquiry or Telegram bot. We work online and deliver the agreed format. Paper documents and courier arrangements are discussed separately.
