This estimate uses starting rates. We confirm the final amount after reviewing the file, considering language, text density, editable source material and deadline.
For conferences, request bilingual RU + EN slides and a translated speaker script. We align terminology across the slides and speech; layout and speaker text are separate quote items.
Overview
We work with PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and PDF. Scope can include headings, body text, chart labels and tables. We check that phrasing works on a slide and terminology matches the speaker’s script.
Russian and English can remain together on one slide. We separately agree bilingual layout, speaker notes, chart editing and image text. Before delivery, we check line breaks, overflow and visual hierarchy.

Brief and scope
We read the actual documents, confirm the purpose and audience, and return a fixed price and date. No estimate is issued from a word count alone.

Assignment
We assign a translator experienced in the subject. If you choose the revision tier, a second linguist is assigned for an independent review.

Translation
Drafting against your approved glossary and translation memory, with queries raised early rather than guessed at.

Revision
The translator checks the finished text. In the revision tier, a second linguist also compares accuracy, terminology, register and completeness against the source.

Delivery and aftercare
Delivered in your working format with a certificate where required. Queries after delivery are answered by the same team, at no charge.
